The Organisation, KONDKARI & SONS are in the business of Ship Repairs and its work scope Includes :

General Ship Repairs covering Steel Works, Deck Machinery, Engine Room Jobs, Pumps, Valves, Diesel Engines, Stern Gear, Rudders, Propellers and Propeller Shafts. Repairs and Reconditioning of Lift Duty Gear Box, Gantry and Wharf Cranes. General Engineering Works covering Manufacture & Supply of Engineering Components and Industrial Fabrication.

The organization is a PROPRIETORY Company, Mr. M.I.Kondkari is the Proprietor. The present man power is 15.

The top management is led by Proprietor Mr. M.I. Kondkari. The organization operates in general shift. The organization is having a well equipped office and a well equipped small workshop. The work operation is carried out in the work shop; other work is carried out on the site and on board the ship. The field of operation is in the workshop in Mumbai.

Some processes, which have to be carried out in the work shop and can not be carried out in our work- shop are out sourced to suppliers, In all such cases the process control is implemented by specifying the method in details in SOP’S & Work Instructions and Monitoring the method.
